At Farmacin, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Return Policy applies to all online purchases made through our website https://farmacin.store/ for customers residing in Estonia (EE), Latvia (LV), Lithuania (LT), Poland (PL), Romania (RO), Bulgaria (BG), and Hungary (HU).

1. Your Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but it is not obligatory.

📅 Deadline for Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Product Condition: The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g., you may open the outer packaging to inspect the product).
• Complete Product: All accessories, manuals, and any free gifts received with the product must be returned.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

If you have used the product beyond what is necessary to check its functionality, we may deduct an amount from the refund to cover the loss in value of the goods.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return your product, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@farmacin.store with the subject line "RETURN REQUEST – [Order Number]".
2. Include in your email:
   • Your full name and order number.
   • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
   • The date you received the product.
   • Reason for return (optional, but helpful for us).
3. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the order confirmation.
5. Ship the product to the return address provided.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the goods. These costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or we made an error in shipping (e.g., wrong product sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exception: If we failed to inform you in advance that you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods, we will bear those costs.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. (For example, if the product's internal seal is broken, we cannot accept the return for safety reasons.)
• Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, please contact us immediately at support@farmacin.store with photos or a video showing the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, in accordance with your statutory warranty rights.

Under EU consumer law, you have a 2-year legal guarantee period during which we are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery.
